money back guarantee for passing our City & Guilds Courses.

Fibreplus Ltd. 3667 courses come with a money back guarantee based upon the
principle of �no pass, no fee�. This guarantee covers the
City & Guilds 3667 telecommunication courses units 1-4 on a
modular basis.
For
example:-A student attending units 1, 2 & 3, passes unit 1 and
2 but not 3. If both the attending assessor and training
manager agree that the below criteria have been met, the
student will be offered a reimbursement of the course value
less the value of any units passed.
For
students to qualify for course reimbursement they must of
satisfied certain criteria:-
1. Theory and
practical paper work must be completed to a satisfactory
level.
2. Adequate effort
applied to all aspects of the course both theory and
practical.
3. Used to full
advantage the daily Q&A sessions.
4. Approach or was
approached by an assessor regarding difficulties.
5.
Accepted the
optional re-sit of their exam(s).
6. Shown a
willingness to pass the course.
If a
student does qualify for a reimbursement all course
documentation and paperwork will remain in the possession of
Fibreplus Ltd and any course(s) re-attended must be
completed again in full.
